Match the vehicle to the group
Give the final passenger count, including children, and the amount of luggage. Vehicle models, seating layouts and amenities depend on availability and should be confirmed before booking.
Keep the group on one schedule
Agree on a convenient boarding point or a short list of pickup stops. Share a trip coordinator’s contact details and allow time for boarding, rest stops and destination parking.
Plan a longer group tour
For multi-day trips, send the itinerary and overnight locations. Check driver arrangements, daily distance, permits and parking with the booking team, especially when crossing state borders.
Travelling with a smaller group?
For family functions, office outings or a pilgrimage, ask about minibus hire in Chennai. Confirm the seating, bags and vehicle availability for your dates.
